1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when registering: name, email address, mobile number, and professional role. We also collect usage data including queries submitted to AI agents, pages visited, and session information to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide and personalise legal AI services, manage your account and credits, send account-related notifications, improve platform features, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. AI Queries and Confidentiality

Queries submitted to AI agents are processed via Anthropic's Claude API and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information (Aadhaar numbers, financial account details, etc.) through AI chat. LawyersKingdom does not store full AI conversation histories beyond the current session.

4. Court Data

Case tracking queries (CNR numbers) are forwarded to eCourts India and SurePass APIs to retrieve publicly available court data. This data is not stored permanently by LawyersKingdom.

5. Data Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to user data is restricted to authorised administrators only.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@lawyerskingdom.com. Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data.

Information provided by our AI agents should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified advocate licensed to practise in the relevant jurisdiction. 2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LawyersKingdom only for lawful purposes. You must not: misuse the platform to harass others, attempt to extract personally identifiable information about other users, use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform, or use AI-generated content to mislead courts or misrepresent facts in legal proceedings.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. LawyersKingdom reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credit System

Free accounts receive 3 AI queries per day, resetting at midnight IST. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Premium subscriptions are governed by the pricing terms at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and code is the intellectual property of Bfount Network. AI-generated documents are provided for your personal legal use. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content as your own original work.

6. Limitation of Liability

LawyersKingdom and Bfount Network shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated legal information. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding month.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
