We collect information you provide when registering: name, email address, mobile number, and professional role. We also collect usage data including queries submitted to AI agents, pages visited, and session information to improve our services.
Your information is used to: provide and personalise legal AI services, manage your account and credits, send account-related notifications, improve platform features, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Queries submitted to AI agents are processed by our Indian Legal AI Engine to generate responses. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information (Aadhaar numbers, financial account details, etc.) through AI chat. LawyersKingdom does not store full AI conversation histories beyond the current session.
Case tracking queries (CNR numbers) are forwarded to Court Data System and Court Database APIs to retrieve publicly available court data. This data is not stored permanently by LawyersKingdom.
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to user data is restricted to authorised administrators only.
LawyersKingdom uses CCAvenue (a Mastercard Payment Gateway Services product) as its authorised payment gateway. We do not store credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking details on our servers. All payment data is transmitted directly to CCAvenue's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation request if the subscription has been used for less than 3 days. Contact support@lawyerskingdom.com with your CCAvenue Order ID for refund requests.
LawyersKingdom uses session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. Usage analytics are collected solely to improve platform performance and are not shared with advertisers or third-party marketers.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@lawyerskingdom.com. Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data.

All platform content, design, and code is the intellectual property of Bfount Network. AI-generated documents are provided for your personal legal use. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content as your own original work.
LawyersKingdom and Bfount Network shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated legal information. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding month.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
